The field is khadi. Hand-spun, hand-woven, matte. A deep rani pink that holds its colour without shine.

The pallu is the only place light is allowed in: a metallic rose tissue, paler than the body, shot with gold–silver yarn. Folded, it reads dusty rose. Caught by a lamp, it turns almost champagne. Then it settles again.

Wear the magenta against the skin. Let the pallu do the moving.

Colour can shift slightly with screen and daylight. Khadi will soften after washing.
